Since the convention is almost over I'm really curious to see what you people here thought about it. Do you think we're going to see some last-minute cool things? Are you sad that a certain company didn't make their appearance?
To be completely honest I kind of missed Blizzard this year. Hopefully they're going to come out with some new inovative games/updates.
Naw, far as I'm concerned E3 is already over and anything we will see we've seen. overall, it wasn't too exciting of a year. FF 7 remake was the biggest thing for me and nothing else was amazing.
Was better than the previous couple of years in my opinion - both Sony and Microsoft did amazing jobs at trying to get one up on each other - feel Sony still won. Bethesda's conference was just perfect and overall a good show.
I think this year was really great. First Bethesda announced Fallout 4 out of the blue, which was totally unexpected. And then I even got a glimpse of Mass Effect: Andromeda. For me as an RPG player those were awesome news.
I'm really excited about a Deus Ex game coming out for XBox. The original was a game a went back to over and over again for years, and if they can capture even a fraction of what made it so compelling I will be well satisfied. Other than that a lot of it just seemed to be announcements about the latest installments of all the big game franchises.
Positive: Fallout 4 and Fallout Shelter (even if it is just for mobile). One of my favourite gaming series ever, so it's definitely great to see info about a new game. Fallout shelter pretty much looks like one of the most interesting mobile games I've seen until now, so I wouldn't mind giving it a try either.
Negative: I was really hoping to see some news about a new Elder Scrolls (single player please!) Kinda disappointed to only see ESO and some drawings related to a card game.
I think E3 this year provided a glimpse into the possibilities of next-gen consoles. Of course, games are always under process of improvement and innovation.
What got my attention ironically is Assassin's Creed Syndicate, firstly because I love the franchise and have played every single rednition. This year, it's in the Industrial Revolution era and its centre, England. Just nerdy stuff, but I've studied the era, so it'll be a good fact-checking, and I'll be able to see what they've done contrary to the truth. Anyway, hope you're one of the gamers too, who love the game.
The negative is that I don't get to see any news about GTA, not that they ever showcased their games in E3. Just a dream, of course.
