I hope this is an OKAY place to ask this question, but I'm serious, if you could think up the perfect mobile game (including tablet or anything else mobile) then what would it consist of? Have they really thought of everything or is there something missing in the game world? I feel like once I actually find the type of game I like, there are missing qualities of that game. I'm never fully satisfied with mobile games. Even with simple ones, like pet games, time killing games, etc. I'd like to hear anyone's input. I'm actually debating on starting a hobby of creating android games (and other platforms) so your input would probably even help me in my success
Hmm, what are the mobile games out there that are 'hot'? Last time I was truly immersed in mobile gaming was back when Modern Combat 2 was still popular.. I think people still play it actually, it's a mobile classic.
Star Command is a great mobile game. You are basically in charge of your own crew on your own spaceship, have to discover and explore planets and get into space battles with hostile aliens, who even invade your ship. It feels a lot like Star Trek. Another great one, which I have not tried yet, is the Shadow Sun. It was created for iPhones by a former employee of Bioware, who worked on Neverwinter Nights 1. I`m really curious about it, personally.
Something like ARDefender, where you print defined pattern and place it on surface and than using your camera you play the game (check for videos, you'll see what I mean). So something like that, maybe even a first person shooter where you attach those patterns on body and connect via wifi
