I dislike deleting spammers and their spam posts for Viagra, adult entertainment, DVD copying and other ads. I just all the spammers will just switch jobs and do something that does not involve selling their shady products.
I never had to deal with unruly members on my forums that I mod, admin, or am a staff of, but I heard some members post some pretty sick stuff, and PM spam members.
Demoting staff for being inactive and unruly is never fun, but it is necessary since it is not fair to the staff that are active and great staff members.
Recovering from a hacker attack is not fun to do. Thankfully, my forums never got hack.
