My computer is really, really, com-PLETELY screwed over. I'm not even kidding anymore.

It all started with this piece-o-crap virus. It reset my computer, and after that, I constantly get blue-screens. Over and over and OVER. we (my bro) ran a full hardrive scan and fixed the problem. I still got BS's, but it was about one or two a day max. One week past, and it slowly started getting past that 2 mark. I was forced to go into safe mode and do my stuff there. Just 2 weeks ago, it managed to hack INTO safe mode, making it....unsafe. It even got through Norton. And now, and this part really pisses me off, I can't even turn it on. Either A. The charger is f&cked over too or B. It hacked deep into my computer and turned off the charger option or something.

If I can manage to turn it on, what should I do? Zexis recommended me megabytes or something, but that didn't work. Its a Vista home Premium.

Here is a big list of error I get and when I get them, if it helps at all.

3B, 1E tried to go online

0A upon startup

D1, 05 on welcome

Ed-K, I just found out that It DOES turn on. But the charger problem still stands. Took out my battery to see, and it turned right off.

1E Sleep mode welcome ( meaning waking up from sleep mode and just after logging in)
D3 F7-can't quite remember what they were.

I'm sorry, I can't help you with this problem.

But you know you're screwed when safe mode isn't safe.

When you manage to turn your computer on again, opt for a system restore or reinstall Windows. You'll lose everything, but at least you'll have the computer.

However, unless your computer truly is destroyed, you shouldn't have to wipe everything. If you can regain Safe Mode, you should be able to kill malicious processes and begin removing them from your computer. You'll need to use multiple anti-malware programs (I use SUPER Anti-Spyware and Malwarebytes, both of which are free) to begin the cleaning. You'll want a registry cleaner. You'll need to perform a disk check. And, most importantly, back up your files. That way, if you do have to reinstall Windows, it won't be so bad.
