As you know, I've been redesigning the Gaming Reinvented site for a while now, in order to make it feel more like a modern content posting platform and less like a generic blog. It's got a new UI meant to be mobile friendly, an interface designed specifically for smartphone users and will in future integrate things like local storage for offline article reading and and instant image/video capture for liveblogs.
Additionally, it also has various extra content types, like slideshows, card lists and parallax based stories with animations and what not in addition to the typical news, reviews and guides. This to make it feel more modern, and offer options not found on competitors like Medium.com or larger gaming sites like IGN and Polygon.
But I'm curious whether there's anything else you'd like to see on the site as well. What things are other gaming sites and content posting platforms missing at the moment?
Are there any interesting article templates you've seen online that you want mimicked as a content type here?
