I use Craigslist, Monster.com, working.com, and the local newspapers websites.
I found quite a few local job ads on the websites I listed above, but the only problem is most of the jobs want people with 1-4 years of working experience in a certain "Field" like IT, programming, and Databases. Plus, excellent personality, communications, and writing skills.
I think job ad sites are better for people who have a lot of experience or are very good at what they do. But, they are worth a shot since you have nothing to lose by sending your resume to places you want to work for.
