What's the most bugged game you played?

There are two notable video games that marks it for me when it comes to the most bugged game that I have played in a while when they came out. They are Cyberpunk 2077 and Fallout 76. It took year's to fix Cyberpunk 2077 to how it is now.
 
Thankfully I've never really played a bugged game, besides some bad PS1 games back in the day.
 
There was one PS1 ninja game that I played back then, I can't remember the name again. I got to a stage where I got stuck in a wall or something and couldn't go front or backwards. I had to start the game all over again and it repeated the same thing.
