What's the most scariest enemies you have encountered in video games?

Ultimate Chimera from Mother 3 and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Only because it's a one-hit killer often used as a jumpscare in the game. Some final bosses give me that vibe too in other RPGs.

ReDeads in Zelda, still scary to this day.

I am not into horror games recently because of this particular scene. It is always not a nice feeling.
I know that some gamers aren't built for horror video games. It puts some into shock.

Xenomorph from alien isolation, the baby from Resident evil 8 and maybe the WAU monsters in SOMA what I can remember in recent times. The night time monsters like volatiles in Dying light also deserve a mention as they make you feel a fear that's different from regular horror in that it's the fear of running for your life when they're at your heels.
Xenomorph can be very creepy. I had a very serious challenge getting used to it in the game Alien Isolation.

Fighting Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 2 was scary because he is so fast, and can defeat me by hitting me a few times with his long swords and magical spells.
Sephiroth is my favourite villain in Final Fantasy.

Sephiroth is probably the most memorable video game villian for me. I like his outfits and weapons.
