What's your best open world game?

My favourite would be hands down Horizon Forbidden West and The Witcher 3 : Wild Hunt. Yeah, they may be amongst the most recent games but they fit the profile very well for me.

One problem now with Netflix is that they are working on so many projects that I'm sure they won't all get the best attention to detail in production.

I believe so too but why wouldn't they take a breather? They feel like clattering all over lots of projects is going to solve the problems?
