I've always been a fan of games that you can just pick up anywhere yet still have meaningful gameplay. My example is Fallout Shelter (detailed in another post). I'm just curious as to what everyone can't get enough of on their phones. IPhones and Androids welcomed, no judging :)

I play "Out There" a lot. It's a bit like "Faster Than Light". The main difference being that instead of being chased around by other space ships, you need to find and manage resources from the different planets you discover. It has a lot of replayablity too, since successive replays will unlock more content.

final fantasy record keeper, its really good.

Angry BIrds Fight. You level your birds, receive and unlock new weapons, armors and then fight other players.

I used to be addicted to Clash of Clans but managed to finally put the game down once it started taking several days to build a building or an army.  Then I started playing the Family Guy game which was fun for a bit but got repetitive as well.  Although I will admit they did a pretty good job of adding content in terms of events every few months.  Next I am looking to try Fallout Shelter.

Hearthstone hand down. I used to play it a lot on PC when that was the only option. I almost got an iPad for my birthday, but then they announced it would come out for android tablets. Once it did, I downloaded the .apk so I could play it on my phone. Then it eventually released for Mobile. I pretty much play whenever I have time to. It's a little pay-to-win if you're just starting out though, and it takes a massive grind to be able to play it F2P. It's still super fun though.

Clash of Clans and Hearthstone. I mainly play hearthstone on other platforms though. They are both considered by many to be pay2win but I play them for free and are happy with it. In Clash of Clans I've had no rush in getting a maxed base since building the base up is part of the fun for me :) I think it costs about 5000$ to boost everything in your base to max in Clash of Clans. In Hearthstone you have to grind gold for a few months to be able to build a top tier deck, but you don't need theese top decks right away as it takes many months to develop a good understanding of the game and building your skill level up.

I started playing 80 days and Godville recently, pretty addictive :p First one is hard to stop once you start it up, the other I just keep coming back to, its so hillarious :p

I spend far too much time commuting and there is only so much you can read in a day, so I'm always looking for good mobile games than can easily be picked up and put down. Lately I've been really into one called AlphaBetty by the same company that made Candy Crush. Similar idea game, except you connect letters to make words. Get's pretty challenging after the initial levels, and other than being prompted all the time to rate the game or buy bonuses it is not too pushy.

I'm currently addicted to quite a few different games.

First, Monster Nursery, is like the old Playstation game, "Monster Rancher". It generates monsters from your facebook friends (don't worry it doesn't spam them or anything.). It has the same cute graphics / monster types, and you train it and battle with it in the same fashion as Monster Rancher. It's fun trying to get rare monsters from your friends. There's an actual Monster Rancher app too, but it's not as good as this! Because it doesn't actually randomly generate monsters, which to me is the funnest part!

Next, Love Live School Idol Festival. It's a card game and music rhythm game, like DDR for your hands. It's based on the anime of the same name. The gameplay focuses on collecting characters in different outfits, as "cards" and building teams with different statistics to boost your score during the rhythm game. There's always new events and this is where the online play comes in, playing with up to four players at once on a song, or competing in their high score competitions, for rare limited edition cards. I'm addicted to collecting things, so it's always exciting to get an ultra rare card. :) The music is really good if you like jpop or anime. And it's just fun and satisfying. It's a quick little game, you can play for 5 minutes, or 5 hours lol.

Similar to the above, there are some other card-collecting games I'd like to recommend.

My favorite of which is Devil Maker Tokyo. It has pvp battles, and pve, and guild versus guild too. It has a really good story line, and is pretty fun. Although you cannot directly control your team in battle, the outcome is determined by their AP (attack power) and DP (defense power). The artwork is anime style, and varies, I think they have a couple different artists working on the game, which is my only complaint. It's still mostly good, but sometimes feels disjointed due to different styles/techniques. You sacrifice cards to level up other cards, you can equip items, and evolve cards and it's pretty neat.

You can see a bunch of videos here: http://palmpleglobal.boards.net/page/videos

Next, Valkyrie Crusade, another card rpg - this one has resource management and city building elements, plus all of the above as the last one. This one has more consistant artwork. And you can actually control your team in battle which makes it more fun and interesting.

Here's a video of a guild battle:

Soccer Spirits is another fun card-rpg mobile game. But it crashes a lot on most devices. Because of this, I play it on bluestacks, on my PC. It uses a lot of ram. It especially crashes a lot on older ipads with less ram than newer ipads/iphones. Android supposedly does not crash as much. Anyways this game is really fun. The story is completely stupid/silly. But the game play is really interesting. You collect different cards to build a soccer team, and ALSO you can collect different manager cards to help boost your team, but the managers can't "battle" (play soccer). They just have effects or stats that enhance the rest of your team. You can have multiple managers in effect at a time. Really fun. Really great artwork. When playing soccer you can try to steal the ball, or if you have control, you can pass it to a team mate, or try to shoot for a goal, etc. It's unique. It's fun. It's cute. And It's addictive.

Chain Chronicle is a great game. It combines card collecting with tower defense. It has one of the best story lines I have ever seen on mobile games, and pretty "water color" styled artwork.

A very humorous card game, with a unique concept, is Square-Enix's Song Summoner this uses any of the music in your itunes library to generate cards that can be used to battle in final fantasy styled tactical gameplay. It has a decent story line, about a young man trying to save his younger brother. The randomness is fun, it's fun trying different songs to see what cards you will get! and the gameplay/combat is also fun if you're a fan of strategy RPG games.

Last for the card type games, I also enjoy Electro-Girl You start by choosing what type of android you want. There's "cute", "cool", or something I forget LOL I think it was "sexy" or "glamorous" or "stylish" something like that. This determines the type of cards that you can get and will determine your first Super Rare card which you'll be using a lot in the beginning. It plays similar to all of the above games I recommended for card-rpgs. I just like the artwork, and the android theme.

Like most others on this forum I am playing Fallout Shelter right now, but it crashes a lot for me because I have an older ipad that is not "supported". I can't wait for the android version so I can play it on Bluestacks.

I like all 3 "gacha" dress up games by Ambition. They are:

Moe Can Change

Animal Boyfriend

Fairy Doll

Each one features similar game play, monthly events with limited edition items, collect rare clothing and hairs for your character(s). Train your characters to alter their personality. Etc. Moe Can Change has a lovely anime looking girl. While Animal Boyfriend has a male character for you to customize. Fairy Doll has a super deformed chibi anime girl / child looking character. All 3 games are fun. Here are some of my characters I have personally made:

I am absolutely in love with Mortal Kombat X for Android. I downloaded it a few months ago, and I have literally played every single day.  The graphics are amazing, and you can play online with other people in Faction Wars mode as well as Battle mode, which is essentially a "journey" mode.  It's really so much fun.

I really enjoy Cookie Jam for Android as well.  This is essentially a puzzle game, and it is highly addictive.  You can also play Cookie Jam on Facebook as well. The Android version links you with friends who are also playing, and you can track your progression verses your friends for each level.

Clash of Clans definately. I mean I've been playing it daily for more than a year now which is why my base is pretty good . I literally go on it multiple times a day!

Currently addicted to clash of clans, I started this game just few months back after my friends forced me to start. Its good :)

I been playing Gameloft Asphalt 8, Fast and Furious Legacy, and Drift Sports racing games. They are pretty fun racing games to play.
