Honestly, I don't know if there's already a thread about this (and if there is, I'm sorry)...but, what's YOUR favorite boss music (theme, whatever) and why?
I'll start off:
This one's relatively new to me, but it does sound pretty cool.
Bayonetta's final boss theme: The Greatest Jubilee

I really like boss music from DQ9 & Final Fantasy.

I LOOOOOVE this song. This game was the last final fantasy I will ever play, it left the best impression for me. I also love this song, theres so much emotion to it! I learned it on guitar cause I love it so much.

This has always been one of my favorites. I love their theme song anyway, and when they revised it to the battle theme that follows, I was blown away. This has never failed to get my blood pumping, adrenaline up. I was shaking during the first time I attempted to pass this point in the game because of the intensity of the music. Afterward I realized this song only has the four instruments used by the quads...drums, guitar, bass, and violin. Very cool.
 
I have soooo many. I'll just give a few of my favourites (in no particular order), to keep things simple (even that's hard to choose).
I'm also limiting myself to no more than one choice per game.

Invitation to Madness ~ The Last Story (honourable mentions to Death Dance and The One Ruling Everything):

You Will Know Our Names ~ Xenoblade Chronicles (although I also loved The God-Slaying Sword, One Who Gets in Our Way, and Tragic Decision)

Final Boss Theme ~ Final Fantasy III

Hari-Hara - The Second Movement ~ Digital Devil Saga (honourable mentions to Hunting - Comrades and Big Battle)

Heartful Cry ~ Persona 3: FES (also loved Unavoidable Battle, Battle Hymn of the Soul and Darkness)

Fog ~ Persona 4 (honourable mentions to I'll Face Myself, The Almighty and New World Fool)

Boss Battle 1 ~ Rune Factory Frontier (although all boss music from every Rune Factory game is amazing. Except the Ice Snake from Frontier, for some reason...)

Final Boss ~ Pandora's Tower (I actually like the third Master theme slightly more, but there's no Youtube video of that)

Miror B's Theme ~ Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness (honourable mentions to the Cipher Admin battle themes, the Final Boss music, and the colosseum boss music)
 
Banjo-Kazooie - Gruntilda's Final Battle
This is an AMAZING final boss theme in my opinion. It's like a sped up remix of all of the different forms of the Gruntilda's Lair theme.

Kirby Superstar Ultra - Galacta Knight
A pretty cool theme for Galacta Knight.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 - Caius's Theme

Final Fantasy XIII - Fighting Fate (Barthandelus Battle Theme)

Final Fantasy I - Boss Theme A (PSP version)

Final Fantasy IV DS - Boss Battle Theme
I decided to make a spoiler tab because since there are so many videos at once all on one page, it slows my computer down. I would recommend putting these if you have a lot of videos you want to post. Like what Din did (smart girl), I didn't even think of doing that.
