I prefer my taskbar location on the bottom of my desktop.

I hate it when I am using Windows 98, XP, etc, and my taskbar goes to the left or right for some reason when using the mouse.
Random taskbar location does not happen with Windows vista or 7 if you right click your taskbar and pick "lock the taskbar" in the Right click menu.

I put mine on the top.. it is easier for me that way..
at the bottom, I find it weird if it is anywhere else.
