Which company has the better 'virtual console' like service?

You know, as in, which one lets you buy the most/best games from previous generations?

Is it Nintendo's Virtual Console? Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade? The Playstation Store?

Which one has the best selection of titles and why?

I will say PS Store because of how you can get both PSP and PS1 (Of course only select titles though) and because of the PS Plus discounts which make plenty of PS Store games cheaper.
