Which did you do first?

In Super Mario 64, out of curiousity, which area did you mainly focus on first when you opened the basement in the castle?

Shifting Sand Land?

Hazy Maze Cave?

Lethal Lava Land?

Lethal Lava Land.

Hazy Maze Caved scared me and the bird in Shifting Sand Land stole my hat.

I think it was Hazy Maze Cave. It was so long ago that I don't remember. I just remember that I was scared of Shifting Sand Land, probably because of all of the sand pits.

Lethal lava land, because it was the first one I saw.

I think I went Lethal Lava Land first, because I saw it first. Then I moved onto Hazy Maze Cave because it was the next obvious place (it had a door, at least), and then I found Shifting Sand Lands halfway through completing Hazy Maze Cave.

I don't think I ever knew about Shifting Sand Land until after I finished the game.

I went to Lethal Lava Land first because it was the most easiest. It had simple missions that took around 2 minutes each to complete.

Then I go to Shifting Sands because I love to play daredevil near the Tox Box area.

And then to Hazy Maze because I find it to be such a boring level.

I can't be sure, but I think it was Lethal Lava Land. The painting really drew me in, and once I found the nice change of scenery and easy missions, I settled down.

Lethal Lava Land, as far as I can remember. It's so easy you can get the stars really quickly.

On my 64, I explored Lethal Lava Land first. On the DS version, I sifted through Shifting Sand Land...not to mention that it's my favorite level. Good level to explore and a decent place to test out AR codes.
