I think Naked Browser is the best Google Android Web Browser for older and slower Google Android smartphones and tablets because it is 115 K in size, and works with old versions of Google Android like 2.1 and up. It also has features like tabs, bookmarks, history, flash support, and touch gestures.
I believe, Opera Mobile is discontinued since I no longer see it in the Google Play Store. There is Opera Browser for Android which uses the Chromium Blink Web browser engine which Google Chrome and Chromium web browser uses.
I think Naked Browser is better than Opera because it's app size is 115K in size, and works with Google Android 2.1 while newer versions of Opera for Android, and Mini needs many MBs to a hundreds of MB space for Opera for Android, and newer versions of Android like 2.3 for Opera Mini, and 4.0 for Opera for Android.
Naked Browser also does not come with features like News Discovery, Third-party download manager, and other features found in Opera which use up more storage space, RAM, and other system resources.
