Which one should I buy, Xecuter SX Pro?or Xecuter SX OS?

I'll move this to the right area, never really heard of these OS.
I had to look it up to see what those are, apparently it's related to Nintendo Switch hardware modding.

Seems like the difference is that the pro comes with USB dongle, while the OS doesn't.

Reading this, it seems like it's "only" meant for homebrew.
But as we saw with any other console, homebrew traditionally becomes a piracy and/or cheating tool to most people after some time, with homebrew then being used by actual enthusiasts only.
