I feel the Xbox Series X may release first because it has a more simple looking cube case design, so the console factory for Series X can build enough consoles for many stores in a shorter amount of time.

Ha! I was actually thinking this same thing.
I don't normally get into the X-box or Playstations (I'm a Nintendo fan) but if I did, I would want the PS5 to come out first.
Yeah, I can see what would happen in EB........ But again, do people want something with bugs in it?

I imagine the store lines will be very long, and stores will have a more difficult time controling larger crowds. I seen videos of people going crazy and fighting at stores on Black Friday.
Having many more people wait for consoles can be a safety problem when a lot more people line up at a store since there are some irresponsible people who own knives and guns to start fights, and there is also a chance of people robbing both PS5 and Xbox Series X buyer on the same day, and stealing their other possessions like their money and car.

While I can see where you are coming from, I guess boxing day wouldn't be much different.
