I would quit a job if I feel the working environment is very unsafe, and the owner or manager is not doing enough to improve workplace safety by hiring more security guards, or fixing safety concerns like electrical problems which can cause people to get electrocuted.
Your mentioning of the word "electrocuted" just reminded me of my dead friend who suffered the same fate last year November. May her soul rest in peace... Amen.
