Ok, after watching all three conferences, I have to say all three were pretty lacking. I didn't expect much from Sony and Microsoft since they aren't the ones with the new system en route. However, the fact that Nintendo's was so poor is alarming because they are the ones with a new system that has to prove itself.

So, of any of you that watched the conferences, which do you feel is the best/ worst?

I didn't see anything that was mind blowing either. It's just the same remake of games, just with slightly better graphics. I thought at least Microsoft would unveil a new system or something. I think they're the worst at E3 because they need to get with the times. Bill Gates is losing to the PS3, and he refuses to accept defeat. The PS3 wasn't anything to shout about either. I thought this year at E3 was a little disappointing to say the least. If I had to say who was the best I would say Sony, and Microsoft was right behind it.

I thought the worst was Nintendo. A lot of smoke and mirrors to have a new system coming out. I did like what I saw of the gamepad, but there just should've been so much more.

I thought the best was Microsoft. Even the games that I'm not interested in looked like they would have some real appeal and were well executed. As for the games that I am interested in, I'm off the wall excited. I have such a backlog that I was really thinking about not buying any games for a while, but I saw some release day purchases.

I say Nintendo wins content since they had 3+ evens for their stuff.

But somehow I feel Sony came out on top this year.

Conference wise:The microsoft one was horrible and that's coming from a 360 lover so I'd vote them for worse. Sony probably had the best but I don't even have a PS3/Vita. I thought the Nintendo one was half and half, it started off strong but started go downhill.

I only payed attention mainly to microsoft but I must say that I am not impressed with what they have done this year. I think that they have been lazy. I need to see some innovative things from them but it seems they are running out of ideas for the 360.

I believe I talked about this in another thread...but Sony had by far the best out of the big three, and it was just...mediocre. Microsoft's was the worst, and there's no denying thta, but Nintendo's was almost as bad. Almost.

In general, though? Ubisoft was the best. They showed what we actually wanted to watch: a brand new game to get us excited about. I'm psyched for Watch_Dogs.

Microsoft was the worst. Wasn't impressed by anything they showed. A problem I also see is everyone wanting a new console and better graphics. But there is only so far you can go with making graphics already amazing even more amazing. We will just hit a point where everything is augmented reality.

I think Sony came out with the best presentation. To be honest, the other two didn't put up much of a fight. There wasn't anything to special about the Sony presentation, it was simply the best of the worst.

Nothing goose bump worthy from any of them.

A tad disappointing for all gamers.

I'm gonna give my best vote to Ubisoft. Their conference was the only one I didn't stand up in the middle of and find a snack. And the worst... hrmmm, I'm going to go with Microsoft.

Exactly, people don't understand that.

And that's not the only problem. People want to stress X amount of frames per second. The human eye can only see but so many frames per second. At some point, it will be a waste to constantly try to push graphical boundaries because our eyes won't even be able to register it.

I don't really count Nintendo because every year they fail. They just don't have the fan base like the other two companies have. Nintendo shows up every year and they can't compete graphically with the other systems. The clock is ticking on Bill Gates to produce something that can compete with Blu-ray.

Now, this is something that I never thought I'd read. Nintendo doesn't have a fan base? That wasn't all casual gamers that bought the Wii and then bought some more in black. I would think Nintendo had the most rabid fanbase of them all. People have Mario tattoos!

I don't know if I can believe that one.

Same here... But only with Ubisoft being the best part. I mean seriously, all their titles were just jaw-dropping.

Nintendo simply prioritizes the game-play over the Graphics, a game can look great and and be cool to play but whats the point if you don't really enjoy the game-play?
