Who should run Sony?

Killing its physical media and selling most of their stock in the company, the current President doesn't seem right for the job. Who do you think should run Sony/PlayStation?

If I were to run PlayStation, the first thing I would do is make sure all the main female characters of all PlayStation first-party games are hot PLOTS Lol. If there's a game director that failed to follow the No. 1 rule of the new PlayStation, I would call the director personally and tell the director to fix it ASAP. If the director continued to disobey the rule, then I would fire the director. lol
