Who still knows how to make kites?

Kites are basically something that most of us are very familiar with and even know how to make them ourselves when we were still kids. Sometime last week, some kids in my neighbourhood that I'm very close to had me make a new kites for them and it was a good feeling seeing them fly a kite I had made as an adult.



Who still remembers how to make kites?

I haven't either with flying any for years till last week. Our childhood was a memorable one.

Yeah, it wasn't that difficult to do for me when I did it recently. Although, I would have used YouTube videos to do it if I had gotten confused along the way.

I can't remember making one now. It has been a very long time when I was able to make a kite that I couldn't do one now.

It's not really hard. I thought it was until I started it and the memory came rushing back.

I can't remember if we made them or not. While I'm older, I think we honestly just bought them from the store. Anybody still even fly kites? I always loved it when I was younger. Plus we lived on open field acreage so a lot of the neighbor kids would use our land to fly theirs as well.

Some kids in my neighbourhood still do and I feel happy whenever I see them replicating our lives long back.

Yeah, that's a fact and it's why I appreciate those who do what we used to do in the past now.

I used to know how to make kites when I was a teenager. I don't know if I would remember it correctly should I wish to do it now.

I made a lot of kites with my brother while growing up. He taught me how to make kites though. Have had the experience of your kite getting caught up in a tree?
