Why do people like lead or manager usually doesn't give respect to their subordinates

I don't get this at all.

In the end, we are all employees of an organization but how come most of the people doesn't care about that?

Some people let the position go to their head and they'll think they are better than you because they got the position and you didn't.

I don't think all managers are like this however, they definitely exist particularly in the retail and food service industries. From my experience it's not as prevalent in the professional/office type settings as most managers I've worked with has worked in lower titled individual's roles so they have a different level of empathy. It may be worth looking into a different career if you're finding you're not feeling valued by your employer.

I'm currently working on that. I'm trying to find another job but haven't had much luck though. I was hoping I'd find one before the Christmas season was here but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Just keep trying and if there are multiple jobs portals then apply in all of them

It’s big head syndrome. They forgot how it is to be the Lowe people on the totem pole. They either have let the position go to their head, or they were treated like crud from the person that was in their position before them.
