Why does the younger generation care so much about animation?

Even I believe good animation is needed too. It's just my personal preference.
I am sure it's the same for everyone. What do you guys think?

That's true but I believe they need to give some importance to story too.
I am sure not many people are looking into that these days.

Sure its younger? Most old people (like me) complain about animation.
