Why is Manchester City not active in the market?

Since the January window opened, I have not heard of any big name being linked to Manchester City. Is there a reason they are inactive in the market?

They have more than enough players already. Who else do they want to buy?

They are smart when it comes to buying players. They don't panic buy which most teams do in the EPL. When they buy, it's a player the team really needs.
