This one is from Australia, where Taylor Smith, an 11-year-old Geelong girl who suffers from a degenerative muscle disease had a Christmas wish come true.
The little girl's condition precludes her from doing a lot stuff--she doesn't have muscles in her arms--but she can still play Wii, with a Wii-mote attached to her arms with hair ties.
Her family wrote to Nintendo, being unable to find a Wii down under. On Christmas Eve, the company delivered a Wii to the happy girl and her siblings.
"This is the first time she has been able to play electric games with her family and it's great to see her smile," a family friend said.
