Kotaku was able to sit down and ask Nintendo some questions on the Wii U. You can read what they found out here.

So the controller recharges as you play, I wonder how well that works?

I will have to disagree with him on where they plan on having the charging port. I would think having the port on top of the controller would make more sense, as you're sitting in front of the console and it won't hinder you by lessening the chances of you pulling the console around.

They have plans for a black Wii U, but they are going to probably hold off on selling it. No problem, as I said before, I'll hold off on buying a Wii U.

Yup and Wii-U has relatively cheap price so I think its worth it actually :/
