Seems like a lot of people are waking up to the fact a lot of stuff is made in China and the Asia area, like a lot of tech items which the coronavirus has been causing shortages, delays and threaten future console releases. Do you think this will cause more companies to spread out their factories?

There is a possibility that more companies will produce their electronics, parts, and tech things in other countries or a boat without the coronavirus or fewer known cases of coronavirus.

More people who don't want to get infected by the coronavirus will more likely buy things which are not made in a country with many coronavirus ill people.

I feel paying more money for products which are not infected by the Coronavirus will be the worth the higher prices for people who fear their products have coronavirus viruses on them.

better than delays.

I agree it is better than delays.

I feel the price of tech may still be affordable for many people if they were not made in Asia.

In the past, a lot of fridges, cars, fans, and stuff was made in US, Canada, Germany, UK, and France, and many people can still afford to buy products if they saved their money and had an average job like a factory worker.

Some people may end up saving more money if the tech products were higher quality, and last for many years like those old tube monitors which last many years without breaking.

I would rather wait a little while longer than pay higher prices, especially if the price goes up drastically. If it's just a couple of dollars, I'm not going complain over pocket change. But if we are talking about drastic changes in the price, I'd just wait.
