They already got hammered before over the whole bundling Internet Explorer with Windows thing (on anti competition grounds) and ended up basically seperating it from the core system as a result. And companies have already got sued due to not allowing people to trade/sell things they buy from them (Valve themselves got forced to allow people to resell Steam games for similar reasons).
So yes, do you think Microsoft will probably get sued or fined or something when they try and launch the Xbox One here? Because there's a whole host of things 'wrong' with the system (like the always on camera privacy concerns, forced online, used game fees), and I suspect many of them could be found illegal over here.
I give it about a week before they end up in a European court because of the Xbox One's design decisions. Or maybe on Watchdog on the BBC.
