Will playing games on smaller screen size cheap laptops be more popular?

I think if Streaming games like Google Stadia becomes more popular, some people who own smaller size laptops with slower CPUs, less RAM, and a less powerful video chip will play games on their cheap small screen laptops.

Many cheaper laptops are now fast enough to play Emulators, mobile games originally made for Android and iOS, and older PC games, so cheap small laptops maybe more popular for playing games.

Yes of course.
Or may be not. It depends on the minimum requirements too. I like a big screen always and I wouldn't want to compromise on that regard.

Some small laptops like the GPD Win have enough fans where GPD decided to make a second version of the GPD Win which GPD called the GPD Win 2.
