Yes, I think the pocket projector would be more popular then the TV since people may not have enough room for a TV because they live in a small house/room because land is becoming unaffordable for the poor and lower-middle class, so they can only fit a pocket projector in their tiny room to save space, and money. Plus, pocket projectors use less power then a TV, so some people might get it for the power savings since electricity is also going up in price.

Plus, the price of metal, glass, plastic, and other materials will probably go up in price when the earth has less metal, glass, plastic, and oil which are needed to make things, so in the future because of the high prices for materials, we be force to use pocket size PCs, projectors, and everything, or pay very high prices for bigger products which need more stuff to make it work.

The best part is you can have a 10 inch screen, or a 100 inch screen depending on how far back you put your projector from the wall, and how big your wall is.

If you want that movie experience it's pretty good deal. Though I rather have a tv.

It might be a pretty good deal if you want a big screen TV experience, but only want to spend 100-300+ dollars, and not spend 700 dollars or more for a 50 inch or bigger TV, or if you travel a lot, and need a projector to watch movies on instead of using your laptop, phone or tablets' screen.

But, it is not guaranteed that $300 in the future would get you a decent size TV since the price of metal, glass, wires, and other parts for making the TV will go up because the earth only has so much metal, plastic, glass, and minerals to use to make electronics, so bigger electronics will cost more.

Plus, I read online that the end of cheap labor/wages in other countries is starting to happen, so bigger TV might cost more because they take longer to make, and require more labor cost.

In the old days, you can buy a new car for a few thousand dollars, and now you need to pay 20-30 thousand for an average car, so the same thing might happen to TVs.

nothing gets cheaper! and thats why you buy used cars, cheaper and should be good. Got a 07 saturn for 10k and it runs like a brand new car.

The Korean car makers like Hyundai, Kia, and Daewoo have cheaper small cars at 13K. Once China and India starts selling cars in the US, the price of new and used cars will come down to better compete with the Chinese and Indians.

The Indian Tata Nano is only $2500 new. It is the world's cheapest car.

Maybe in the future, we be using flexible plastic display to watch TV.

Plastic flexible display already exist, but are not yet ready to sell to the user at a cheap price.

But, I think overtime plastic TV will cost less then glass since glass is more heavy, so the shipping cost are higher because of more gas being used to ship heavier and bulky objects. Glass also needs a lot of heat to make glass.
