If/when Nintendo start adding GBA games? Because while the games were remakes of old Mario games originally released on the NES and SNES, they added enough new content that I think it'd be worthwhile, like the Yoshi egg hunt in the first game and the secret levels in Yoshi's Island.

What do you think? Will the Super Mario Advance series ever be available on the 3DS eShop/Virtual Console?

I would definitely like it to happen. It depends on Nintendo whether it actually will though.

Well yoshi's island is an ambassador game. as for Super mario advance 4 (the GBA super mario bros 3.) i hope they release it as the NES version on the 3ds virtual console. because of the many glitches, that are not only fun, but dont corrupt your game, and i like the graphics

I doubt they would release both the NES and GBA versions of the same game. It would be nice though, to give players some options. Some people may rather the original version and others may rather the GBA version.

I would defiantly want the NES version of SMB3, that would make my day. Love that game.

IF they start releasing games from other generations, I am certain nearly every Mario game will be available. I would like for them to have a "classics" store similar to Sony. Super Nintendo, N64, GB, GBA games would be a lot of fun to play on the 3DS. I don't know if they could release that many, but I would dish out some cash to have some of my favorite games from the past.

I already have 1 of them

Everyone can agree with me. The GBA generation was the best. And Since they took out the gba slot when they made the dsi...

Yeah. I definitely prefer the graphic style of the NES SMB3 over All Stars and the GBA port. It doesn't seem to fit the mood with all the vivid color.
