When technology can no longer advance and we can no longer make new devices of any kind. Do you believe there will be such a day?

In the past I'd always had that feeling, that digital media may not be able to advance any further in the next several years. I certainly hope not because sometimes things tech related do not work out right, and revisions often need to be made to make devices perform better than before.
Possibly, if aleins really exists, and decided to share their tech with us. I read online and saw on TV that saids aliens, and UFOs technology is vastly superior to earth's tech.
