Will there be any decent 3DS game commercials?

Like the kind Nintendo used to make before the DS/Wii era? I know most current ones are pretty dull, but what about the Ocarina of Time 3D and Super Mario 3DS ads?

They are using some kind of weird strategy right now... Advertising is generally relatively low compared to other Launches and all that according to the news. Ppl are speculating, Nintendo has something either up their sleeve or are experimenting. A big issue for them was the fact that you cant advertise he 3D effect on tv or in the paper, apparently a big chunk of the add strategy is directed at "show a friend" and trying to make the ppl that bought a 3Ds or game, promote it for them

I guess there will be a lot of skeptical people if they only see ads about the 3DS. I like showing my 3DS to other people, not to brag about having one, but I think it is so cool and I want other people to see that.

There weren't any commercials here before the release, but now I am starting to see quite a few. And they're showing at around 8-10pm, so I wonder if they're targeting older age groups.
I like their slogan, "to believe it, you'll just have to see it". I've certainly been showing mine to all my friends, and it's working, one of them has already said he's going to buy one now after playing mine.

There is indeed a lot of skepticism. But the 3D I've seen has impressed me more than any other 3D effects every have before. Even Disney-grade 3D films just never felt that 3D. But the 3DS really does deliver. The 3D slider especially shows how much of a difference there is between 2D and 3D.

Everyone who has tried my 3DS has said the same thing about the 3D. I think the impressive thing about it, is that no one knew what to expect without the glasses, and the fact that it is so good without glasses is an absolute winner.
Also, the 3D slider is great for putting it in 2D when there are a bunch of people all watching the DS at the same time, since everyone else sees double if it is left in 3D.
