Will there be Stadia gamepad controller with a built-in computer for streaming games?

I think there is maybe a third-party controller company which make a Stadia gamepad controller which has a buil-in computer which can be used for streaming games from Stadia, and there is a Micro-HDMI port to plug the controller into a TV to display gameplay video.

Maybe in time, but I highly doubt it go that far.

I guess people can use a Nvidia Shield Handheld which is basically a controller with an Android tablet, and flip out screen onto of the controller.
