I think Kanye will be banned for a long time because he broke Twitter's rules, and he supports Hitler in public which make a lot of Twitter user's uncomfortable.
Maybe his brains isn't working well to recall the history of Hitler.

I feel there is a chance that Kanye brain is not working well, or someone or many people is paying him money to pretend to like Hitler.
