Wind Waker and Twilight Princess stuff in Skyward Sword?

Ever wanted to know what it'd be like if stuff from these games was in Skyward Sword?

Well someone hacked the game and imported them into said game. You can see Outset Island from Wind Waker and the ranch area from Twilight Princess with Skyward Sword Link running about!
