Windows 10 is sending private user data to Microsoft — even when privacy settings are activated by the user, according to a new report. Microsoft claims the data is only related to search features and visuals.

I feel it is shady that data is being sent to Microsoft even when users unchecked a check box where they agree to send some private data to Microsoft, or check a check box to not have data sent to Microsoft.
