According to a number of reports over the weekend, the first wave of Windows Phone 7-enabled devices may launch in Europe on October 21 and in the United States on November 8.
The reports fall in line with previous statements from Microsoft, wherein it was confirmed that the platform would arrive sometime in November for North America.
