2. they aren't out yet, only in japan.
3. white 2 is better in my opinion.

They are the same game, with minor differences.

Same game, the only differences are the pokemon you encounter in certain routes. Choose whichever one YOU prefer....ooor you could simple just get the same color version as the previous title. That way the story makes a bit more sense.
