The Strong Museum has announced that as part of an upcoming expansion, it will be creating the world's largest Donkey Kong arcade cabinet. The cabinet was developed with input from Nintendo of America, will be fully playable, and opens on June 30, along with the rest of the planned expansion. This expansion will also include an extension to the museum's World Video Game Hall of Fame which includes other arcade games such as Pong, Pac-Man, and Centipede. Similar to the interactive museum included in Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration, these additions to the museum's collection will allow future gamers to see and experience these games for themselves.
I would love to play the world's largest Donkey Kong arcade cabinet game. I wonder how Classic Donkey Kong games would look on a a larger size HD or 4K monitor.
