When they keep on asking about regarding the work....

Can you handle them? Even though all that is just basic work?

I generally don't have this problem. I work a lot of nights so, for the most part, the senior management is home asleep. They're content to let us work and if there are issues they'll ask us later.

Though we have to justify everything we do. Like if we're at a location for more than 10 minutes we might need to explain why. Could be something stupid like having to waste time filling out a form. Though they generally won't bother asking about some stops because they see we have a lot of work at them. Like if they know we have to load 3 machines they're not going to ask why we took 25 minutes. (For clarity sake, we have to report how long we're on site for billing purposes. That's why/how they know how long we're on site.)

When I do work days, usually day management is too busy to bother us. They only tend to call if they have something important. Like one of our licenses is about to expire or they're trying to fill a shift. Night management on the other hand will call to check up on us if we haven't called them in a while. But it's not often that happens because we usually end up calling them for various things.

Half my work is senior personnel, so I don’t have an issue with it. I would say it’s more about individuals than their position as a whole. We can all think of that senior guy who’s cool as shit, and the lower guy that’s a piece of shit and vice versa.

I do my best to work with them.

I see
But sometimes people expect you to do their own work as well which is just too much to handle. I would rather do my own work rather than do something that will never benefit me
