Would you buy a computer if it doesn't have a CD or DVD drive or burner?

No, I would not buy a computer which did not come bundled with a DVD burner since I still use DVD burners to burn CDs and DVDs to burn Linux Distro install disc, and if a computer did not have a DVD drive, I can't use my computer to watch DVDs, play non-downloadable games, install software from a disc, and backup my files to DVDs.
