One of the good things about the Battle Royale Game Fortnite is the it's a free to play game and it's available on cross platforms. The only way to spend real money on the game is on cosmetics. But in a situation where the game is being sold for $20-$40, would you be willing to pay it for the game?
I would, as I'd see some quality to it and maybe have some DLC included. However I am also worried about the current file size, so if it's too big I would have to pass especially if it's more digital than physical, like how big Spyro Reignited was. Maybe a version based on a previous season that's used by hobbyists would do?
I would buy Fortnite as a paid physical game stored on a disc because I don't like waiting for large games to download and install on a console, or PC.
Tough to say really. The game being free to play is what made it so popular when it first launched properly. I probably wouldn't have tried it if it wasn't free but who knows what I would have done when it became extremely popular.
