Yes, I probably buy more mobile games if I can use real money to pay for them rather than credit cards, paypal, and debit card since using cash seems more convenient, and I have a lot of quarters at home which I rarely spend.
I think it shouldn't be too hard for Google Play, or the Apple App store to hire a money collector man once a month to go to people homes to collect money from people who buy apps with real money, or people can use real money, write a check, or use a money order to send money to App stores at the end of the month by using regular mail, or their local bank.
