Would you buy more more expensive higher quality networking cables instead of cheaper ones?

I probably will not spend extra money on higher quality more expensive networking cables because my Internet Service Provider's maximum speed is 15 Mbps, so I would probably won't get much faster speeds by upgrading to networking cables with a maximum speed rating on 1000-10000 Mbps.

I would buy what works, I've learned from HDMI that a $100 cable is no different from a $5.
