If I owned a company or was an "Internet Marketer", and Facebook provides more customizations like custom themes and logo, subdomain, favicon, faster video uploads, No-ads for premium profile and fan pages, better add-ons for a fan page, a better blog service instead of "notes" and the wall, and discounted advertising prices. I might pay for a premium account.
But, as a regular users, no I won't pay for a premium Facebook account if it ever exists.
