So they call it a great learning experience? You could say that about anything really, yet I wouldn't exactly talk about things in such a way. Yes, learning how to respond to these events is good, but let's face it, Sony's response didn't exactly inspire much confidence, and well, I don't really give a damn whether it'll be better 'next time'.

There won't be a 'next time'. Something like what happened is going to kill nearly anyone's confidence in you as a company.

When PSN came back, they gave us two free games. I wasn't freaked out about the hack, since I didn't have a lot of money on PSN and my credit card is expired now and I got another one.

It's like yeah any time this happens, we probably won't stop it the first time, but we might be able to stop it the second time, and odds increase for us from there!
