Wreck-it Ralph (and its sequel)

There is a thread for this film but it is years old so I'd rather make a new one.

Who loves this movie? I owe it to the members of Super Mario Boards or I would have never seen it. It has my personal favorite Disney villain, and is an overall awesome story.

Also they have announced a sequel recently.

What does everyone here think about this movie and the announcement of a sequel?

I watched it half way through with a friend. She wanted to stop when we got to the candy world and I never bothered finishing it. Part of me wants to, and another part me just thinks, "meh."

I personally think it's one of the best Disney films. Though I am known for liking supposedly mediocre or bad movies, Wreck-it Ralph is an exception, as it's been generally praised. Without spoiling too much, it has a fantastic plot twist. That's all I'll say. If you like that kind of stuff you should finish it.
