Microsoft's Major Nelson has put together a little video showcasing the process for creating and customizing an avatar through the New Xbox Experience, a dashboard update that will release this fall. The video goes through a number of the features you can change which should give you a good idea of how closely you'll be able to duplicate yourself in digital form.
