In other news, MS owns a ton of money to the IRS, would love it if that killed this deal.
I hope Microsoft and Activision will be able to make many great games.

Tax problems wouldn't kill this deal, even if the deal wasn't closed, why would the IRS affect the deal?

Microsoft needs to be investigated lol...jokes! They are very mean. They finally completed and announced the acquisition of Activision Blizzard few days ago too. I wasn't aware they already purchased ABK for another 68.7 billion dollars.
